You will build and maintain a Design System that will be used on learning and engagement projects.


1. Metrics and Reporting

- Support and maintain the Metrics and Reporting infrastructure

- Ensure reliability and quality of data and metrics clean-up process

- Enhance the existing reports based on feedback from the team and business

- Create 10 new custom learning reports based on business needs


2. Surveys

- Create 50 new standard surveys

- Design and build 10 custom surveys

- Enhance the survey request and reporting process


3. Sites and Microsites

- Support and maintain the design system and publishing platform used for the team site, microsites and landing pages

- Create 8 new templates and 15 design blocks to be re-used across the team

- Support the team in the creation of 15 new microsites and landing pages

- Support the refresh of main learning site, with new structure, navigation and enhanced design

- Build a user analytics and tracking framework that allows us to validate engagement.

- Create Documentation and training material for how to use the design system and publishing process


4. Communication platform

- Support and maintain the communication platform used for learning newsletters

- Expand the scope of communication platform to handle more use cases like learning emails

- Develop new theme for email and newsletter communications, tested in all supported email clients and devices


5. Operational enhancements

- Support the setup and maintenance of learning portfolio management tools

- Support and optimize collaboration platforms like team repositories, and knowledge centres
