Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Specialist at armor located in Mumbai. The Creative Specialist will be responsible Responsible for end-to-end content shoot and execution across various social media platforms, ensuring visually appealing, trendy, and high-quality content is produced.

Key Activities 

1. End-to-End Content Production:

-Manage and execute content shoots from planning to post-production.

 -Work closely with the creative team to ensure alignment with brand goals and strategies.

 -Assist with camera work, lighting, and setup to capture high-quality visuals.

2. Content Creation:

-Conceptualize, shoot, and edit content for social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, X etc.

 -Collaborate with designers, editors, and influencers to develop compelling visual stories.

3. Design and Aesthetic Input:

 -Provide creative input on design elements, layouts, and overall visual storytelling.

 -Work with editing software and design tools to enhance content quality.

4. Social Media Strategy Support:

-Assist in managing the social media calendar, ensuring regular posting across platforms.

 -Analyse engagement and performance metrics to optimise future content.

3.Camera and Design Skills: Proficiency with cameras, lighting setups, and basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva).

4.Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends, with a natural ability to experiment with and implement the latest creative techniques.

5. Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
