Lead AI Test Automation Engineer

Main responsibilities include:
Create and own the test strategy for the software product
Write and maintain automated tests for various software components
Collaborate with development teams to ensure software meets quality standards
Communicate with stakeholders, including product managers, to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
Stay up to date with the latest testing tools and technologies
Integrate testing activities throughout the entire product life cycle
Utilize frameworks for UI testing
Mandatory Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a similar area
7+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automated testing
Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (UI)
Experience with test-driven development and continuous integration
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Typescript, or JavaScript
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
Understanding of software development principles and methodologies
Professional collaborative software engineering experience with Git, peer reviews
Proficiency in cloud platforms Azure and/or AWS
Nice to have:
Data integration knowledge is a plus
User research or UX experience is a plus
Basic knowledge of AI is a plus
