We've catered to over 10k homes with a mission to bring change to 1 million homes by 2030.

The company currently is one of the largest online websites in the category and operates 2+ experience centres in Bangalore

Position Summary:

As an Retail Sales Associate at Material Depot, you will be responsible for executing multiple aspects of store operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Locations: Whitefield, JP Nagar, Yelahanka (Bangalore)

Salary: 4.2 LPA (fixed LPA (Performance Based Bonuses)

Working days: 6 Days a week. (Week off on any of the week days)

Position Summary:

  • Assist customers in selecting the right materials for their projects, considering their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and alternatives to help customers make informed choices.
  • Use
    strong mathematical skills
    to calculate quantities, measurements, and estimates accurately.
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years of work experience
    in customer service, sales, or retail.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Strong
    numerical & calculation skills
    (math ability is essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays when required.
  • Familiarity with inventory stocking and merchandising is a plus.
