*End User Support/Desktop Support Engineer (L1 Engineer) - Airport*

We're looking for End User Support/Desktop Support Engineers to join our team at various airport locations across India. As an L1 Engineer, you'll provide technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Hardware Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals

  • Software Support: Assist users with software and applications, including operating systems and productivity suites

  • Network & Systems Support: Support network systems, help users with connectivity issues, and manage user accounts

  • User Assistance: Respond to support requests, resolve day-to-day functionality issues, and provide guidance

  • Maintenance & Management: Perform tasks like provisioning and decommissioning hardware, managing software updates and patches

*Required Skills:*

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), hardware, and common software applications

  • Troubleshooting and Problem-solving

  • Communication and Customer Service

  • Time Management and Organization

*Eligibility:* Any graduate with 1 year of experience

*Salary:* ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depending on interview performance)
