  • Should able to understand business requirements, statutory/taxation requirements in the area of Human Capital Management (HCM) - Organization management, Personal Administration, Time management, Payroll,Travel Management, Recruitment, Training Event Management and do "To be process" mapping in ECC/S4 HANA, ESS MSS, Gap analysis, KDS finalization, custom development object identification /RICEF list
  • Finalize requirement of each custom development object (RICEF object). Prepare and provide functional specification to Technical team to carry out development.
  • Carry out functional configurations in ECC/ S4 HANA, ESS MSS, Prepare test scripts. Do Unit testing and development testing.
  • Identify integration scenarios, prepare Integration test script and do integration testing.
  • Plan and provide training to Core team and users.
  • Manage Master data and cutover data migration /upload.
  • Provide post go live support for issues faced by users.
