Our mission is to build a World-Class Finance Team that enables strategic decision-making and supports our high-performance culture.Visit us at SymphonyAI Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do: End-to-end payment processing: Serve as the dedicated point person for payment execution, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all vendor and tax-related payments on behalf of the tax team.Invoice management (AP/AR): Handle the intake, review, and tracking of invoices, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper coding within accounts payable and receivable workflows.Data management and reporting: Collect, cleanse, and organize financial data for payment schedules, reconciliations, and support of audit or compliance requests.Journal entries and account reconciliation: Prepare and post journal entries related to payments; reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of transaction records.Administrative and team support: Proactively follow up with internal and external stakeholders to gather missing information, resolve issues, and deliver responsive support to the tax team.VAT and tax support: Assist with the preparation, validation, and reconciliation of payments involving VAT and other tax elements, in close collaboration with the tax team. What you’ll bring: · Prior experience in processes related to cross-border payments.· Good understanding of debits, credits, and preparation/posting of journal entries.· Strong collaborative skills when partnering with internal and external stakeholders globally· Works independently, actively seeks out missing information, and follows up with relevant stakeholders as needed.· Demonstrated ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret data efficiently for reporting and reconciliation purposes using relevant tools.   About UsSymphonyAI is at the forefront of innovation, leveraging cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to transform industries and drive business growth.
