Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd CompetenciesBehavioral CompetencyFunctional CompetencyResponsibilities & Key Deliverables1)Computing and finalising monthly GST payment for multiple GST Registrations (Pan India)2)Responsbile for GST related accounting & reconciliaiton for multiple GST Registrations (Revenue , ITC , Liabilities etc.)3) Inter business ITC cross utilisaiton reconciliaiton and sharing inter unit payment request. 4)Compilation of GST related data /analysis for Cost Audit/Tax Audit/Statutory Audit & other Audits and handling the audits with close coordination with respective auditors5)Compilation of GST Registration wise data including Trial Balance for Annual GST Returns -Form GSTR9 & 9C6)Co-ordinating & providing support to GST State compliance team at Pan India level7)Responsible for releasing varios monthly Dashboard ,MIS along with analysis. 8)Responsible for releasing ITC mismatch report with trend analysis to respective business verticals 9)Coordination and follow up with GST Compliance and Cross Functional team for required inputs and supports10)Yearly department budget preparation and tracking with actuals on monthly basis cumulatively.11)Validating / preparing disclosures made for Contingent Liability or for any other purpose, sought in course of any proceedings or for MIS12)Attending to task assigned in relation to Control Management Portal for reporting/validation of Compliance requirement13)Rendering due support to tax compliance team / collaborating with other departments internally for meeting any queries raised . This will include supporting the Channel Partners (Vendors, Customers, Dealers etc) wherever advised/required.14) Updating oneself on law amendments, procedures/regulations, case decisions at various forums including Courts of law, Appellate/Authority for Advance Rulings, and sharing any significant impact/ concerns to company, with all stakeholders15)Arranging training and knowledge dissemination workshops for internal /external stakeholders16)Render due support to GST leadership on advocacy topics / representing issues before Govt. directly or thru Trade/Industry forums17) Sharing data for tax authorities various inquiries /investigations Preferred IndustriesManufacturingAutomotive IndustryEducation QualificationCA/ICWAGeneral Experience8-13 yearsCritical Experience1)Sound Knowledge of Law & Procedure related to GST, including expert understanding of rules/principles in Classification of Goods/Services, Processes, Finance & Accounting principles2) Good Analytical and Presentation skills 3) Excellent in MS office (Excel, PPT and word)4)Good operational knowledge on SAP .5)Excellent Communication skills , Ethical, self-starter/initiative driven, collaborative & team building approach, Agile/promptness in response, ready to take challenging tasks to meet realistic objectives, Positive Attitude towards work and responsibilities, Attention to details.System Generated Core SkillsAnalytical ThinkingAnalyticsCommunication SkillsTrend AnalysisBenchmarkingSystem Generated Secondary Skills
