Job Title: Business Development Manager – Drum Spill Pallets

Location: India (Preferred: Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi-NCR, Kolkata)

Industry: Industrial Safety, Spill Containment, Material Handling

Job Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote drum spill pallets across key industries. Identify and engage potential customers in manufacturing, chemical, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, warehousing, and industrial safety sectors. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement managers, safety officers, and facility managers. Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to enhance market penetration. Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions. Stay updated on industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance (e.g., OSHA, CPCB norms). Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and trade exhibitions. Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and market expansion objectives.

Who You Are:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial safety, material handling, or spill containment solutions.
  • Prior experience in selling Industrial Safety Products or Drum Spill Pallet or Similar Products Skills: Strong expertise in business development, client engagement, and key account management. Knowledge: Familiarity with spill containment solutions, industrial safety equipment, and environmental regulations. Mindset: Self-driven, result-oriented, and excellent at communication, negotiation, and presentations. Willing to Travel: Extensive travel within India for client meetings and industry events.
