Key Responsibilities:

Devising and monitoring the class curriculum of the coursesPlanning and directing school activities related to student services including admissions, growth, progress andplacementDevising the school calendar and plan events for the yearSourcing faculties overseas and locallyLiaising and building relations with organisations and universities overseas and locallyLiaising with International and Local artists as brand ambassadors for the SchoolStructuring new programmes, classes and workshops and implementing themServing as the point of contact for student informationServing as a liaison between school administrators and student organizations, such as a student councilHandle discipline-related processes and proceduresAny other responsibility which is in the expertise of the individual as and when required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Proven experience in academic administration or operations.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with academic management software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
