DevOps PM - CREQ Description Lead and manage multiple projects using Scrum methodologies. Utilize Jira for project tracking, issue tracking, and Atlas for status reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, cross functional teams, operations, and business stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure project objectives are met by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and issues. Ensure compliance with DevOps best practices and drive continuous improvement in project delivery. Understanding on the Cloud environment & services AWS/ AZURE/ GCP Understanding on the DevOps tools and frameworks, Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Kubernetes Track and report the project metrices, Volume, Productivity, Quality, MTTR etc Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management. Strong proficiency in Jira for project and issue tracking. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification. Proven experience managing projects using Scrum methodologies. Solid understanding of DevOps concepts and practices. Demonstrated experience in managing DevOps projects and implementing DevOps tools Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced & continuously evolving environment.
