Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to guide the design process.

Wireframing & Prototyping:

  • Develop low and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI designers, and developers, to translate concepts into functional prototypes.

User Testing & Feedback:

  • Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design choices and ensure solutions meet user needs.
  • Gather feedback through user testing sessions, A/B testing, and iterate designs based on data-driven insights.

Information Architecture & Interaction Design:

  • Create intuitive navigation structures and layouts that align with user expectations and business goals.
  • Design seamless user flows, ensuring that all interactions are logical and provide a smooth user experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with developers to ensure that user experience goals are realized in the final product.
  • Presentation UX design solutions to stakeholders, gathering feedback and incorporating it into the design process.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest UX trends, techniques, and tools to enhance design processes.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, metrics, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of user-centered design practices.
  • Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing tools like UserTesting, Lookback, and Optimal Workshop.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to analyze user behavior.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows and information architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting designs and collaborating with team members.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate user behavior and test the effectiveness of design solutions.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
