The Academic Coordinator will be the key academic leader ensuring effective curriculum implementation, teacher development, and student growth. The role demands a visionary educator who can bridge traditional wisdom with modern pedagogy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead academic planning, curriculum design, and innovative teaching practices.
Ensure integration of Vedic sciences, agriculture exposure, and value-based education into the curriculum.
Mentor and train teachers in experiential, inquiry-based learning methods.
Monitor academic performance, assess outcomes, and implement continuous improvements.
Collaborate with parents, management, and staff to ensure holistic child development.
Uphold the ethos of holistic learning, humanity, and scientific temper.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications & Skills
Postgraduate in Education/Child Development with B.Ed/M.Ed (preferred).
Minimum 5-7 years of academic leadership in reputed schools.
Strong knowledge of experiential and holistic learning models.
Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
Passion for blending modern pedagogy with cultural values.
