Ensure and assist in timely preparation of agenda, notes to agenda, Directors Report, Corporate Governance Report, and other allied annexures of the Annual Report for the respective meetings Ensure and assist for the timely preparation and circulation of minutes of Meetings. To assist for the preparation of minutes and filing of various forms with MCA as required
