Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nexthink Administrator located in Bengaluru South. The Nexthink Administrator will be responsible for managing and configuring the Nexthink platform, ensuring its optimal performance and functionality. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and analyzing Nexthink data, troubleshooting platform issues, implementing updates and patches, and collaborating with IT and security teams to enhance user experience and system efficiency. The role also involves generating reports and providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Expertise in managing and configuring the Nexthink platform
• Experience in monitoring and analyzing Nexthink data
• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills
• Ability to implement updates and patches
• Proficient in generating reports and data analysis
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Proficient in powershell scripting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
