What You’ll Do - 
We are seeking a seasoned IAM Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

You'll report to Director, Infrastructure.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

·Architect and implement IAM solutions including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

·Lead the design and development of scalable, secure IAM architectures and solutions.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM strategies and roadmaps.

·Develop solution designs, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

·Provide hands-on support for complex troubleshooting and issue resolution.

·Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high(1)performance culture.

·Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and best practices.

What You Bring to the Role

10+ years of experience in IAM architecture and implementation. Strong expertise in Ping Identity, Okta, Saviynt, and Delinea. Solid understanding of Active Directory (AD), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and SSL certificates. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in coaching, mentoring, and guiding technical teams.
