Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote chemical products and solutions.- Identify and target potential clients in industries such as manufacturing, agriculture, and healthcare.- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement managers and industry influencers.- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.- Collaborate with the product development team to customize offerings based on client needs.- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the chemical industry in India.- Deep understanding of chemical products, applications, and market dynamics.- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to travel frequently within India to meet clients and attend industry events.- Proficiency in English and regional languages.- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards in the chemical industry.
