Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with 10-15 years of expertise in the Equity Swap domain. The ideal candidate will design and implement high-performance solutions for our financial services clients.


Key Responsibilities:

- Architect end-to-end solutions for Equity Swap platforms, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, design, and implement scalable solutions.

- Lead technical analysis, design, and implementation phases, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

- Integrate new systems with existing architecture and provide ongoing support.

- Conduct architecture reviews, mitigate risks, and recommend system improvements.

- Mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.


Required Skills:

- Domain Expertise: Extensive experience in Equity Swaps, trading, and risk management.

- Solution Architecture: Proven track record in architecting complex systems in financial services.

- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of relevant technologies (Java, Python .NET, cloud, microservices).

-Integration: Experience with trading platforms and risk management systems.

- Security: Deep understanding of financial system security practices.

- Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud architectures and containerization.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
