About Position:


We are seeking a skilled DevOps Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in setting up and maintaining infrastructure for development CI/CD pipelines. You will be responsible for building and maintaining tools, automating processes, and ensuring the high availability of our systems.

What You'll Do:


  • Develop and deploy infrastructure for CI/CD pipelines, Maintain and update existing systems, applying security patches., Automate and improve development and release processes.
  • Develop and Deploy Infrastructure: Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure to support CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure that infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure.
  • -Maintain and Enhance Systems, regularly update and maintain existing infrastructure, applying security patches and addressing vulnerabilities.
  • Continuously improve development and release processes through automation.
  • Manage CI/CD Pipelines, Establish, configure, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, continuous development, and continuous deployment.
  • Implement and Configure Policies: Define and implement IAM policies to manage user access and ensure system security.
  • Ensure System Availability: Monitor system performance and ensure high availability through effective infrastructure management and disaster recovery planning.
  • Backup and Recovery: Develop and execute backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data and system integrity.
  • Tool Integration and Automation: Integrate various tools into the DevOps workflow, including build management systems (e.g., TeamCity, GitHub) and artifact management tools.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with development teams to support their needs, troubleshoot issues, and integrate new tools as required.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends and adapt to new tools and methodologies to enhance DevOps processes.


Expertise You'll Bring:


  • 4-9 years of experience in DevOps or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, including EC2, S3, VMs, and storage management.
  • Proficiency in setting up and automating CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
  • Familiarity with TeamCity, GitHub, and other build management and continuous integration tools.
  • Ability to manage artifact servers, including VMs, storage, Git repositories, Docker images, and instances.
  • Experience with maintaining and configuring installers, build configurations, and integrating installers into test environments.
  • Capability to learn new tools quickly and work with vanilla images and restore them as needed.
