Database Reliability Engineer

We’re looking for a Database Reliability Engineer (DRE) to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you’ll work on building and operating scalable, cloud-native data platforms that power both transactional and analytical applications. If you’re passionate about distributed data systems and love solving challenges at scale, we’d love to connect.What You’ll Do- Partner with engineering teams to design, provision, and manage reliable database infrastructure.- Build and operate cloud-based, highly available, distributed database solutions.- Ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability of large-scale data systems.- Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.- Collaborate on database monitoring, backups, failover, and disaster recovery strategies.What We’re Looking For✅ 3+ years of experience as a DBA/DBE/DRE with expertise in at least one major RDBMS (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL).✅ Experience provisioning and managing NoSQL databases at scale (DynamoDB, Redis, MongoDB).✅ Strong background in cloud-based distributed systems with large datasets.✅ Hands-on expertise with AWS services (RDS, EC2, S3, IAM, etc.).✅ Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).Why Join Us?- Be part of a cutting-edge engineering culture driving innovation in data reliability.- Work on scalable, mission-critical systems used across global platforms.- Remote-first role with flexibility and collaboration.- Immediate hiring – quick joiners preferred.
