Role Description

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for hospital services, doctors, and specialties.
  • Develop and execute on-page SEO strategies (metadata, schema markup, internal linking, site structure).
  • Improve off-page SEO (backlinks, citations, PR-driven SEO, medical directories, hospital listings).
  • Optimize hospital microsites, blogs, doctor profile pages, and academic/CSR initiative pages.
  • Manage local SEO Google Business Profile, Maps ranking, patient reviews, NAP consistency.
  • Explore AI-driven SEO optimization (AI content suggestions, auto-tagging, semantic search optimization).
  • Regularly monitor SEO KPIs and present monthly performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and content teams for SEO integration.
  • Ensure compliance with medical content guidelines (NABH, MCI, Google Healthcare Content E-A-T).

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
  • Certification in SEO/Google Analytics (preferred: HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads).
  • Experience with AI tools for SEO (ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, Clearscope, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
