Job Title: Lead Fullstack Developer(React with NodeJS) Location: Bangalore Experience: 8+ Years Job Type: Full time/ Permanent Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days. I. Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React and Node.Js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and building scalable B2B web applications. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure delivery of high-performance and user-centric solutions. The long-term vision for this role is to lead and expand the B2B development team to drive continued growth and innovation. II. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of full stack engineers to ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, performance, and maintainability. Own the complete development lifecycle—from architecture and design to deployment and maintenance. Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions. Conduct regular code reviews and define development standards including CI/CD workflows, version control, and testing best practices. Architect and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React and Node.Js . Design and develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs for secure and scalable data exchange. Optimize client-side performance, including rendering speed, caching, and API interaction. Implement robust server-side logic, database integrations, and background processes using Express.Js or NestJS . Design and maintain database schemas for SQL and NoSQL systems to meet evolving business needs. III. Years of Experience: 8 to 10 years of total experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a lead or senior full stack role. IV. Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certifications in JavaScript frameworks, AWS/Azure, or Full Stack Development are a plus. V. Skill Set Required: Must have: Strong proficiency in React.Js , Node.Js , Express.Js/NestJS , and JavaScript/TypeScript . Solid understanding of front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite, etc.). Experience with RESTful APIs , GraphQL , and microservices architecture . Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL). Proven experience in leading development teams , code reviews, and setting technical standards. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , Git , and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Nice to have: Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in performance optimization and application security best practices .
