Job Summary:

- Electrical Component qualification testing (Evaluation, Characterization, Life test etc.)
- Plastic Package Qualification, Die testing.

- Defining Component test plans, procedures and creating test setup (Hardware and
Software).

- Handling Electrical Lab Instrument.
- Component Data Management.

- Alternate Suggestion and PCN (Product Change Notice) impact analysis.
- Analyze BOMs of tools for ROHS, WEEE Compliance.
- Life Cycle Analysis of Electronic, Electrical and Electromechanical components.

Job Responsibilities:

- Electrical Component Qualification (Evaluation, Characterization, Life test etc.)

- Writing test plans, procedures and creating test setup

- Testing Electronic Component based on technical attribute as per different test
condition.

- Investigation of test results with different Cross functional team to validate the
component operation as per design.

- Creating reports and presenting findings to management or engineering teams

- Operating electrical test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters to
measure voltage, current, resistance, and other parameters.

- Component Data Management in PLM Tool

- Performing research and development on new components

- Analyze Electrical and Electronics components and sub-assemblies for
Obsolescence, ROHS and WEEE status.

- Analyze impact of PCN changes to FFF (Form Fit Function) of the component.

- Alternate component suggestion like drop-in replacements, upgraded versions, ROHS
equivalent parts for ROHS Non-Compliant EE parts etc.

- Understand and adhere strictly to company policies, standards, and procedures.

e Electronic Hardware Failure Analysis.
¢ Electronic Hardware Repairing.

¢ Electronic Hardware Testing

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

4+ years' experience in an Electrical Engineering role.
