Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Structural BIM Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes for structural engineering projects, ensuring efficient and accurate 3 D model development and integration.Project Role / Technical• Ability to implement Quality Control Systems.• Undertaking structural Modelling and Detailing on global projects• Act as a Responsible Leader on large and medium projects.• Ability to supervise & manage BIM team.• Working with the technical manager on delivery of major projects using BIM.• Reviewing the work of other BIM delivery teams• Ability to attend Client meetings.Engineering Function / Technical• Sound Knowledge in project requirements in BEP, LOIN Matrix, MIDP, MDS, NWC, NWD etc.,• Sound Knowledge in Structural Engineering detailing,• Sound knowledge in High rise building systems and Mixed used building structures.• Knowledge in composite structures,• Ability to do the project set up as per client and project requirements.• Strong Knowledge in BIM standards to setup Industry standard BIM models• Ability to prepare LOD 400 Models & shop drawingsQualifications• Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering, Minimum 7+ years relevant experience in Structural Engineering Modelling and Detailing.,• Sound Knowledge in Structural Concrete & Structural Steel Modelling & Detailing.• Sound Knowledge in 3 D modelling & review tools like Revit Structures, Tekla, Auto CAD, & Navisworks etc.,
