Role Overview We are seeking Senior Full Stack Developers  to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in both frontend and backend development , capable of working independently, and enthusiastic about contributing to a fast-paced, mission-driven startup. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable systems that ensure a seamless, high-quality user experience. You will collaborate closely with our design and product teams to bring ideas to life, ensure system reliability, and deliver pixel-perfect UI with robust backend logic. Key Responsibilities ·       Design and develop scalable full-stack applications aligned with product requirements. ·       Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions. ·       Optimize both frontend and backend performance for maximum speed and scalability. ·       Integrate APIs, authentication systems, and storage solutions effectively. ·       Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented codebases. ·       Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions. ·       Contribute innovative ideas to improve product performance and user experience. Technical Stack Backend ·        Primary:  Express.js ·        Secondary:  Python (Flask, Fast API) ·        Database:  MongoDB ·        Storage:  Azure Blob Store ·        Authentication:  Supabase  Frontend ·        Framework:  Next.js (App Router) ·        Language:  JavaScript ·        Styling:  Tailwind CSS ·        State Management:  Redux Required Skills & Qualifications ·       Minimum  4 years  of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. ·       Strong proficiency in  Next.js ,  Express.js ,  MongoDB , and RESTful API development. ·       Experience in  responsive UI/UX implementation  using Tailwind CSS. ·       Familiarity with  Python frameworks  (Flask/Fast API) is a plus. ·       Understanding of  authentication  and  secure API design  (Supabase preferred). ·       Experience working with  Azure  or other cloud storage solutions. ·       Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills. ·       Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote team environment. ·       Must be able to  join immediately  and work  9 AM – 5 PM EST  (New York Time Zone).
