We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO / FSCM Consultant with expertise in In-House Cash (IHC) and Bank Communication Management (BCM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with end-to-end SAP FSCM implementations and a strong ability to deliver solutions that align with business and finance requirements.Start: DecemberDuration: 12 months + extensionsWorkload: 8 hours per dayLocation: Remote, IndiaKey Responsibilities:Lead and participate in SAP FSCM – In-House Cash implementation projects.Design, configure, and support Payments on Behalf Of (POBO) and Collections on Behalf Of (COBO) processes via In-House Cash.Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, finance teams, and IT professionals to understand requirements and propose practical solutions.Communicate complex SAP solutions in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve functional issues, providing solution-oriented guidance.Work effectively within large, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and time zones.Support tight project deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Required Skills and Qualifications:End-to-end SAP FSCM – In-House Cash implementation experience.In-depth knowledge of Payments on Behalf Of (POBO) and Collections on Behalf Of (COBO).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Ability to work in dynamic, flexible, and result-driven environments.Problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach.Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed.Preferred Skills:Experience with SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules.Exposure to global financial processes and multi-country implementations.
