create and optimize cnc programs for cnc machines based on engineering drawings,cad models, and specifications. select appropriate cutting tools, toolholders, and fixtures for each machining operation. set up cnc machines, including loading materials, securing workpieces, and selectingprogram offsets. monitor the cnc machines during operation to ensure the quality and precision ofmachined parts. conduct in-process inspections and measurements to verify conformance tospecifications. perform tool changes and tool adjustments as required during machining operations. perform routine maintenance tasks on cnc machines to ensure their continuedperformance. maintain accurate records of cnc programs, tooling, and machine setup sheets. adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. ensure that all machined parts meet quality standards and specifications. train and mentor junior machinists and machine operators. supervise day-to-day operations of cnc machines. allocate manpower and manage shift schedules to ensure on-time production. monitor machine utilization, downtime, and productivity. ensure adherence to quality standards, tolerance limits, and inspectionprocedures. collaborate with quality, maintenance, and design teams for smooth operations. maintain proper documentation and records (daily production report, tool lifereport, rejection log, etc.). train and guide cnc operators and junior programmers. maintain 5s, safety, and discipline on the shop floor. supervise cnc operators, allocate tasks, and manage shift schedules. monitor production activities to meet daily targets and minimize downtime. ensure adherence to quality standards, tolerances, and safety regulations. maintain shop floor discipline, 5s practices, and ensure safe machine operation. track tool usage, machine hours, and maintenance logs.Experience 3 - 9 Years No. of Openings 2 Education 12th Pass, B.C.A, B.B.A, B.Com, B.Ed, BDS, B.E, MBBS Role CNC Programmer Industry Type Manufacturing / Production / Quality Gender Male Job Country India Type of Job Full Time Work Location Type Work from Office Face interview location na
