JOB DESCRIPTION: Telecom Expense Management System(TEMS)


Job level & Budget we are hiring for :


  • JL2 - (1year - 2 Years) - 4 LPA Max (Based on interview performance)
  • JL3 - (2 Years - 4 Years) - 6 LPA Max (Based on interview performance)
  • JL4 - (4 years - 7 Years) - (8 LPA - 11 LPA) (Based on interview performance)
  • JL5 - (8+ Years) - 15.5 LPA Max (Based on interview performance)


JOB LOCATION: Bangalore


SHIFT: Rotational Shift ( US/ UK ).


QUALIFICATION:


  • Experience with TEM Software including: Rivermine, TangoeOne, Sakon. Calero, MDSL and other like software.
  • Minimum JL required years of experience in one of the following areas related to Telecom Expense Management (TEM):
  • Telecom Auditing;
  • Telecom architecture;
  • Carrier services;
  • Carrier billing solutions;
  • TEM solutions; and/or
  • Telecom accounts payables.
  • Minimum JL required years of experience with carrier services, carrier billing solutions, TEM solutions or telecom accounts payables duties.
  • Possess strong data gathering and management skills.
  • Experience in carrier services, carrier billing solutions and TEM solutions.
  • Experience in telecom auditing for carrier and enterprise services.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of telecom architecture, TEM process re-engineering activities and/or telecom accounts payables activities.
  • Advanced knowledge of various telecommunication products and services.
  • Advanced understanding of telecom technology and/or billing systems; prefer previous experience with telecom contracts.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Deliver tactical cost savings and implement strategic ongoing cost management solutions in the areas of Telecom Voice, Data, and Cellular services.
  • Meet with division planners on a regular basis to discuss ways to reduce telecom costs and monitor services for reporting purposes.
  • Assist Procurement in contract negotiations and Request for Proposals with telecom vendors.
  • Manage SLA's with outside service providers and carriers.Maintain accurate up to date telecom inventories.
  • Select, implement and integrate TEM automation.Strategize and convert inventory and invoice data from existing customer applications into the appropriate TEM application.
  • Recommend process and organizational related changes within telecom support and accounts payables departments.
  • Develop and implement process and automation recommendations regarding improvements to TEM cost management.
