Arch (Mandatory)Experience: 1 to 7 Years (Multiple positions open at different levels)Employment Type: Full-time | Work From OfficeLocation: AhmedabadSoftware Proficiency: Auto CAD, Revit (preferred), Sketch Up, Lumion, 3 Ds MaxWe are also hiring for a Senior BIM Architect – Quality Control Role , preferably someone experienced in:Working with US building codes and standardsDelivering projects up to LOD 450Managing project quality checks independentlyMentoring and guiding the teamCoordinating effectively with international clientsKey Responsibilities:Prepare Architectural Construction Drawing Sets and Working DrawingsCreate accurate 2 D and 3 D models based on client inputs and markupsWork on Concept Design, Planning Drawings, and Good for Construction (GFC) setsExecute BIM projects including CAD to BIM and Scan to BIMEnsure accuracy, quality, and timely project deliveryCollaborate and communicate with US and UK-based clientsRequired Skills:Strong architectural fundamentals and design understandingProficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, and Sketch UpStrong attention to detail and technical accuracyAbility to understand client instructions and deliver as per expectationsGood communication skills in EnglishWillingness to learn and grow in the BIM domainHow to Apply:Interested candidates may share their updated resume and portfolio at:/ Subject Line: Application – BIM Architect
