Job Title / Designation – Deputy Manager / Manager – Technology & Process transformation
Location – Chennai
Experience – 3 to 8 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
·      Drive technology and process transformation initiatives across departments, including Fund Management, Research, Operations, Customer Service, and Sales.
·      Analyze current organizational processes and implement technology-driven solutions for automation and enhanced efficiency.
·      Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define, document, and execute automation project requirements.
·      Stay informed about emerging technologies (AI, RPA, ML, etc.) and provide strategic insights for their implementation.
·      Collaborate with vendors to design and deploy tailored automation solutions.
·      Ensure adherence to quality standards through robust testing and validation processes.
·      Lead software and hardware projects, ensuring compliance with ISO-27001 and ISMS standards.
Desirable Skills:
·      B.E / B.Tech  in  Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics
·      Hands-on experience with AI, RPA, ML, VBA, Java, Python, and other emerging technologies.
·      Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
·      Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
·      Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage projects within defined deadlines.
