We're Hiring: Lead Product Designer
Who lives and breathes gaming. Joining our dynamic team, you'll be at the heart of crafting the user experience and visual appeal of our gaming products. This role demands a profound insight into both the gaming landscape and user-centered design methodologies, as you'll be collaborating with product managers, game developers and user researchers to deliver captivating and innovative player experiences.
Responsibilities
User Experience (UX) Design:
Conduct and leverage user research to grasp player needs, behaviors, and preferences.
Develop user journeys, mockups, prototypes, storyboards, and presentations to clearly communicate design visions.
Craft intuitive and player-friendly game interfaces for a seamless and enjoyable journey.
Communicate concepts, proposals, and updates to stakeholders, simplifying complex ideas into coherent designs.
Visual Design and System:
Create visually compelling and cohesive design elements in collaboration with other designers and branding teams.
Ensure design consistency across various platforms and devices.
Utilize and develop Design Systems and Prototyping frameworks effectively.
Prototyping and Iteration:
Build interactive prototypes for testing and refining design concepts.
Utilize feedback from play-tests and user sessions to enhance designs.
Work closely with developers to align the final product with initial designs.
Collaboration:
Work alongside product managers, engineers, and brand teams.
Foster a creative and collaborative environment by effectively communicating design ideas.
Engage in design critiques and contribute to the gaming products' overall design vision.
Research and Stay Updated:
Keep informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies within the gaming realm.
Incorporate gaming and design research insights to improve user experience.
Accessibility and Inclusivity:
Design with accessibility and inclusivity in mind, catering to a diverse player base.
Promote inclusive design practices and consider varied user needs in the design process.
Desired Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience on a product design team, covering all design process phases from user research to usability testing.
A keen sense for customer needs, excellent attention to detail and a strong track record of collaborative success.
Proficiency in conducting, interpreting and presenting both qualitative and quantitative feedback and research.
Exceptional communication skills for articulating design concepts and strategies.
Strong problem-solving, delegation skills and the ability to critically assess and iterate on solutions.
Understanding of business objectives and the capability to execute these objectives through design.
A comprehensive portfolio that exhibits robust problem-solving skills and impactful outcomes.
A commitment to staying ahead of trends and facilitating team knowledge.
Previous experience in developing gaming projects or products is highly advantageous.
