Database Management: Maintain accurate records of clients and properties to support sales activities.

Negotiation Pro: Skillfully negotiate deals and prepare detailed sales agreements to close transactions effectively.

Follow-Up Magic: Keep the conversation going with regular client follow-ups, nurturing leads into long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of exceeding targets
