Overview: The SalesManager for Home Loans/LAP plays a crucial role in the organizationby leading the sales team and driving the sales and distribution ofhome loan and LAP products. They are responsible for formulatingstrategic plans to achieve sales targets and expanding the customerbase within the designated market.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Manage and lead thesales team for home loans and LAP.
  • Develop andimplement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals andtargets.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with potential and existing clients to stimulatesales growth.
  • Oversee the entire sales processfrom lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conductmarket research and competitor analysis to identify and capitalizeon sales opportunities.
  • Train and develop salesstaff to ensure high performance andproductivity.
  • Prepare and present salesforecasts reports and performance metrics tomanagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing andproduct development teams to enhance product offerings and customersatisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatoryand internal policies andprocedures.
  • Participate in industry events andnetworking to promote the brand and generateleads.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration Finance or a relatedfield.
  • Prior experience in sales managementspecifically in the home loan or LAPindustry.
  • Demonstrated track record of meetingand exceeding sales targets.
  • Strongunderstanding of home loan and LAP products including legal andfinancial aspects.
  • Excellent leadership teammanagement and interpersonal skills.
  • Provenability to develop and execute successful salesstrategies.
  • Effective communication andnegotiation abilities.
  • Sound knowledge ofmarket trends customer preferences and competitoractivities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MSOffice applications.
  • Relevant certifications insales management or financial services is aplus.
