Role & responsibilities

* Compile, organize, and submit regulatory dossiers as per the requirements of targeted export countries.

* Ensure timely submission of dossiers to regulatory authorities and customers.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, R\&D, Manufacturing, and Packaging) to collect chemistry-related technical data and supporting documents.

* Prepare and compile technical documents, including Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Technical Data Sheets (TDS), and manufacturing process details.

* Communicate with overseas clients, regulatory agencies, and business partners to resolve queries related to submitted dossiers.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation systems (both electronic and physical) for regulatory correspondences, dossiers, and sample submissions.

* Monitor and track the complete lifecycle of each submissionfrom initial filing through approvalwhile addressing any deficiencies or queries raised by authorities.

* Provide support to internal teams on regulatory submissions, documentation, and compliance requirements.

* Draft, review, and finalize chemistry-related technical reports with a strong focus on pesticide manufacturing processes.

Preferred candidate profile

* Strong academic background in Chemistry.

* Experience in preparing chemistry-related regulatory and technical documentation.

* Knowledge of pesticide manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and report-writing skills.
