Job responsibilities:

Level and role

T3 - Lead Technical Communication Engineer

Skills Degree in Technical Communications, Engineering, or Computer Science at a graduate or post-graduate level./Equivalent Minimum of 5-7 years of experience or Relavent as a technical writer. Proficiency in XML and DITA standards. Familiarity with documentation and related tools, including Oxygen XML Author (required), MS Word (required), MS Visio (required), Adobe Acrobat (required), JIRA (desired), and Atlassian Confluence (preferred). Excellent analytical and communication skills. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with good decision-making skills. Knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical writing.
