About the Role

We are seeking a skilled
SharePoint and Power Platform Developer
to design, develop, and implement scalable business solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
, with the ability to integrate these tools into enterprise workflows and deliver high-impact digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize solutions on
    SharePoint Online
    (sites, libraries, workflows, web parts).
  • Build business applications using
    Power Apps
    and automate processes with
    Power Automate
    .
  • Develop reports and dashboards using
    Power BI
    to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for deployed solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in
    SharePoint development
    (Online & On-Premises).
  • Hands-on expertise in
    Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
    and
    Power Automate
    .
  • Strong experience in
    Power BI
    for reporting and analytics.
  • Proficiency in
    JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs
    for SharePoint customization.
  • Knowledge of Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint certifications.
  • Experience with Azure services and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
