Experience: 7 to 10+ Years of Experience in IT Services

Key Requirements:

  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform administration with strong proficiency in Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Service Mapping.
  • Proven track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application to CMDB management, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Experience with CI discovery and reconciliation processes, as well as CMDB data cleansing and integration.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and creativity in managing complex technical issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation and collaboration.

We are seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow CMDB Consultant to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Your expertise in the ServiceNow platform, particularly CSDM and Service Mapping, will enable us to optimize our IT service management processes and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain a robust CMDB using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date CMDB data through CI discovery and reconciliation processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CMDB data with other IT service management tools and processes.
  • Provide expert-level support for CMDB-related technical issues and project implementation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of CMDB design, implementation, and maintenance activities.
