Responsibilities

Take ownership of the recruitment process for assigned roles, including sourcing, telephone screening, coordinating email correspondence, scheduling interviews and team debriefs, and managing the offer process.Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals, utilizing non-traditional channels to innovate our hiring approach.Build strong relationships with candidates, understanding their needs to ensure a remarkable candidate experience.Work closely with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure a smooth interview process, facilitating effective communication and information exchange with all stakeholders.Maintain detailed recruitment plans, including deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process, to ensure efficient hiring operations.Engage in special projects and recruiting initiatives, such as evaluating best practices in interviewing techniques and enhancing the Talent Acquisition strategy.Strategize and execute various methods to build talent pipelines, conduct market research for assigned roles, and partner with external vendors when necessary.

Desired Skills And Experience

2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with direct

BPO or voice

recruiting experience for a variety of roles within IT product companies, including startups and consultancies.A proven ability to source and hire candidates from multiple channels, with a strong track record of meeting recruitment goals.Proficiency in analyzing market data to derive insights that inform recruitment strategies.Experience in recruiting for a fast-growing technology company is highly preferred.Exceptional interviewing skills, with an ability to assess candidates for technical and team-fit qualities.Excellent communication skillsAn innovative thinker with the ability to optimize operational processes for a consistent, scalable recruitment experience.A self-starter who thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment, enjoys teamwork, and is committed to achieving excellence.
