Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Analyst with a strong background in writing user stories and proficiency in tools like Jira and Miroboard. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring the successful delivery of products that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product requirements and create detailed user stories.
Use tools like Jira and Miroboard to track and manage product requirements, user stories, and project tasks.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for product improvement.
Analyze product data and metrics to track performance and inform decision-making.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Work closely with development teams to ensure that user stories are understood and implemented correctly.
Communicate product requirements and updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Computer Science).
3-5 years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role.
Strong experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and other Agile artifacts.
Proficiency in tools like Jira and Miroboard for project management and collaboration.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
