We are seeking a talented and experienced Script/Screen Content Writer to join our team. The right candidate will have a knack for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce high-quality content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Script Writing:  Develop compelling and engaging scripts for podcasts, ensuring the tone and content align with the brand and target audience.
  • Research:  Conduct thorough research on topics, trends, and potential guests to create informative and relevant podcast episodes.
  • Guest Coordination:  Identify and reach out to potential guests, handle scheduling, and prepare interview questions that align with the episode’s theme.
  • Content Development:  Collaborate with producers, hosts, and other team members to brainstorm and develop podcast episode ideas.
  • Editing & Proofreading:  Review scripts for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, making necessary revisions to ensure high-quality content.
  • Meeting Deadlines:  Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in scriptwriting and screen content creation, particularly for podcasts.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to find and curate relevant information.
  • Experience in guest coordination, including outreach and scheduling.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with podcast production and a good understanding of podcast audience dynamics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the podcasting or broadcasting industry.
  • Knowledge of podcasting tools and software.
  • Background in journalism, media studies, or a related field is a plus.
