This is a chance to provide technical mentorship, influence quality strategy, and work on cutting-edge tools like Selenium and Playwright .Experience: 5-9 Years (Minimum 6+ years hands-on experience required)Location: Indore / Pune, India Work Mode: Onsite during the initial training period, transitioning to a Hybrid model thereafter.What Your Role Will Look Like:Design & Build: Design and implement innovative, end-to-end test automation solutions and frameworks.Core Technology: Apply advanced level Python coding & scripting proficiency for automation.Mentorship: Provide technical mentoring and guidance across the test automation team, setting best practices.Integration: Work extensively with CI/CD tools to integrate automated testing seamlessly into the pipeline.Optimization: Troubleshoot complex software and hardware configuration issues impacting automation performance.Quality Drive: Collaborate closely with development teams to enhance application quality and directly impact product performance.What You Will Bring Along:Overall 6+ years of experience in software test automation.Strong Python programming skills and Xpath expertise .Mandatory hands-on experience with UI-driven test automation frameworks such as Selenium .Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab) for automated testing.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Good-to-Have Skills:Experience with Playwright or other modern, next-gen test automation frameworks.Experience mentoring or leading junior automation engineers.Apply NowIf you are ready to take on a senior role and lead automation initiatives, send your resume to:Email: with the Hiring Team:
