At Shri Ram Academy, we believe in nurturing young minds to foster a lifelong love for learning. Our Early Years Program (EYP) is designed to provide a supportive, enriching environment where children can explore, discover, and grow. We are seeking dedicated and experienced EYP Facilitators to join our team and contribute to the holistic development of our youngest learners.

As an Early Years Program (EYP) Facilitator at The Shri Ram Academy, you will play a pivotal role in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for children in their formative years. You will be responsible for implementing our early years curriculum, engaging children in meaningful learning experiences, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to support each child's development.

• Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the EYP curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of young learners.
• Classroom Management: Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Child Development: Monitor and assess the developmental progress of each child, providing individualized support and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other EYP Facilitators, support staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience for all children.
• Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with parents and the broader school community, encouraging their involvement in the educational process.
  

• Education: Post-graduation or Graduation (with NCC or CCED).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in early years education, or a minimum of 2 years in an International Baccalaureate (IB) program.
• Skills & Attributes:
