What You'll Do:
Manage end-to-end Employee Life Cycle
Lead Leave & Attendance Management, including:

  • Accurate leave tracking and approval workflows
  • Attendance reconciliation and reporting
  • Integration with payroll systems
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory norms
  • Driving automation and process improvements in leave systems
  • Hands-on experience with Leave & Attendance Automation Tools (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People, SageHR)
  • Work with ATS tools for recruitment and onboarding
  • Drive policy implementation & compliance
  • Handle statutory compliance and audits
