We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage our accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.


Responsibilities:


•Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.

•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

•Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

•Coordinate and assist with the annual audit process.

•Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.

•Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

•Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.


Qualifications:


•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

•CPA or CA certification is preferred.

•Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.

•Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

•Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Strong communication and leadership abilities.


Junior Accountant


Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to assist with various accounting tasks and ensure the accuracy of financial records. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow within the accounting field.


Responsibilities:


•Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance.

•Ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations, and systems of internal control.

•Aid in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

•Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.

•Perform monthly bank reconciliations.

•Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process.

•Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.


Qualifications:


•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

•0-2 years of accounting experience.

•Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

•Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.

•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

•Good communication and teamwork abilities.
