About the Role: As a Social Media Manager for ACPL Exports, you will spearhead our social media strategy for a lasting impact in the digital space. Your role involves revitalizing our online presence, driving digital engagement, forging influencer collaborations, and refining content strategy. Functional Parameters:

 

The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the social media and Content Creator Manager:

1.       Engagement Rate:

·         Target: Achieve an engagement rate of at least 5% on major social media platforms, indicating active audience interaction.

2.       Reach and Impressions:

·         Target: Increase monthly reach by 20% and impressions by 15% compared to the previous month, demonstrating consistent growth.

3.       Lead Generation:

·         Target: Generate a minimum of 500 leads per month through social media activities, with a focus on quality leads aligned with target demographics.

4.       Conversion Rate:

·         Target: Achieve a conversion rate of 10% from leads generated through social media efforts, translating engagement into actionable outcomes.

5.       Influencer Collaboration Metrics:

·         Target: Collaborate with at least two influencers per quarter, achieving a total reach of 500,000 and generating a 15% increase in brand mentions.

6.       Content Performance:

·         Target: Maintain an average click-through rate (CTR) of 2% on shared content, with a goal to increase it by 0.5% each quarter.

7.       Brand Mentions and Sentiment:

·         Target: Increase positive sentiment by 20% over the next six months, with a goal to achieve at least 1000 brand mentions per month.

8.       Social Media Follower Growth:

·         Target: Grow the overall social media following by 15% in the next quarter, focusing on organic growth strategies.

9.       Customer Retention and Loyalty:

·         Target: Achieve a 25% increase in repeat engagements from existing customers on social media platforms over the next year.


10.   ROI (Return on Investment):

·         Target: Maintain a positive ROI, aiming for a 20% increase in revenue attributed to social media efforts over the next fiscal year.

 

Fundamental Parameters:

 

Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of proven experience in social media management, demonstrating expertise in developing and implementing successful campaigns.

Qualification: Graduate degree along with a recognized Social Media Management Certification.

Location: Nunhai, Agra.

Age Range: 25-35 years.

Compensation: Competitive, aligned with industry standards.
