Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our plastic film production facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with plastic film types such as HDPE, LDPE , and a solid understanding of processes like blown film extrusion . This role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to maintaining production efficiency and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of production workers across assigned shifts. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the plant, adhering to quality and safety standards. Monitor production schedules, output, and quality metrics to ensure timely delivery. Identify production issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Optimize workflow by introducing process improvements and efficiency-enhancing initiatives. Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams to ensure minimal downtime and consistent product quality. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Train and guide team members to enhance their skills and productivity. Requirements: 25 years of experience in a production or supervisory role within the plastic manufacturing industry. Strong experience with HDPE, LDPE , and/or blown film extrusion processes is highly valued. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per production demands. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (or relevant field).
