Senior Specialist

THE ROLE
Candidate must have banking experience in Payment Product Development/Implementation understand the needs from a bank user’s point of view and be comfortable working with all stakeholder levels within the team.
OPPORTUNITES You will be participating in Scrum calls, Scrum Retrospection (., development, testing, automation,workarounds, or changes in processes). Ensure any deliverables are tested properly with
right quality. You will be analyzing client business requirements, liaise with client(s)/project team(s) and produce
necessary documentation for addressing the requirements. Be involved actively in the
process till the development promotes in UTP. You will be participating in Solution design with development to ensure the requirements are covered in
Test Pan. You will ensure Requirement Trace ability Matrix is updated to facilitate tracking of requirements
coverage. You will act in a one engineering model; configuring and managing workshops and, where
appropriate, acting in a product owner capacity. You will lead and give guidance to help key stakeholders understand the impacts of changes through
extensive and co-ordinated discovery analysis. You will derive and define high level Test Plans, map out appropriate epics and user stories to
support delivery whilst applying a customer focused approach to the process. You will follow the software development lifecycle from inception throughout design, engineering,
testing and deployment. Serving as a liaison between various cross-functional teams that
influence VAM/Cash/Liquidity Management projects. You will manage prioritisation pro-actively, providing the best go to market solution in a timely
fashion. You will be Identify new opportunities to acquire, retain or grow the business based on trends found
through market analysis and strong awareness of new features and capabilities within the
field. You will own and participate in client engagements as and when applicable, providing a clear subject
matter expert within the Payments You will contribute to the Product Roadmap by keeping track of market trends, regulatory
environment, competitive landscape, etc. SKILLS You should be having 5 years of exp in Payment Product Development/Implementation with hands on in
Websphere/Weblogic implementation and administration You should be implementing knowledge in Core Java/ Core Banking Interfaces. You should Understand Payments domain and has experience of working on SEPA and
SWIFT messaging standards across Europe and Asia regions You should be having deep understanding of the servicing requirements within the Payments module. You should have demonstrable experience of creating innovative solutions and efficiencies. You should be have understanding of the typical infrastructure within a servicing solution. You should have excellent written and communication skills.
