We're Hiring: Head of Digital Marketing (In-House | Minimum 8 Years Experience)
We are looking for a strategic leader who can take complete ownership of our digital marketing vision, drive high-performing campaigns, and lead a talented team toward measurable growth.

Location: Jaipur (Work From Office Only)

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead and mentor the SEO, Paid Ads, Content, Email Marketing, and Social Media teams.
Oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, and other digital platforms.
Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs to ensure ROI-positive growth.
Collaborate with product and sales teams for cross-channel marketing success.
Stay ahead of digital trends, platforms, and algorithm updates to maintain competitive edge.
Manage multi-channel marketing budgets effectively.
Requirements:
8+ years of proven experience in digital marketing leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, and Programmatic Advertising.
Experience in managing large budgets and delivering consistent results.
Hands-on experience with tools like Adspect, BH Media Buying, BH SEO, Klaviyo, Asana, Voluum/RT.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
