About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager Finance to support the financial health and performance of the
organization. The role will involve handling key aspects of financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and supporting internal controls.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide insights for decision-making.
¢ Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
¢ Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions and ensure timely reconciliations.
¢ Coordinate with auditors (internal and statutory) for timely closure of audits.
¢ Monitor cash flows and working capital requirements.
¢ Assist in preparation of MIS reports and financial dashboards for senior management.
¢ Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, TDS, income tax, and other filings.
¢ Support automation and process improvements in finance operations.
¢ Liaise with cross-functional teams for cost control and business analysis.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
¢ Strong knowledge of accounting principles (Ind AS/IFRS preferred).
¢ Proficiency in MS Excel and financial ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally).
¢ Good understanding of taxation and regulatory requirements.
¢ Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
¢ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
¢ Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
