Job Title: Area Sales Manager Location: Lucknow Job Description: Purpose of the role: Relationship management with Bancassurance partners.
Type of Role: Individual Contributor Role Summary: In the above context, the candidate is responsible to manage the business delivery under bancassurance team and tie-ups & primarily grow the business with profits and channel management. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Responsibilities:
Establishing & maintaining strong relationship with key partner & its sales team to maximize sales opportunities
Day to day business analysis and competitor tracking.
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand, meanwhile maintaining the existing business via regular meetings with the business partners.
Conducting extensive market research to identify untapped opportunities, niche markets and growth potential.
Should have an in-depth knowledge of Insurance products and business processes.
Conducting regular trainings for the business partner related to products and processes.
Co-ordinate with operation staff for providing customer service and for fast service.
Managing multiple branches and dealers of the Business partner and generating business from them.
Monitor market trend, competitor activity & customer needs to identify sales strategies Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft software, like MS Excel, MS Presentation & MS Word.
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
